About Helen

I am a professional ESL instructor with experience both overseas as well as in Canada. I am passionate about teaching because it gives people the tools they need in order to become successful. I always try to be available to my students. I am very well-versed in IELTS and CELPIP but am able to prepare students for most tests.

About the lesson

I teach all levels of English. I am flexible to your specific needs; however, I make it so you apply the new material so that you know how to use it. My teaching method consists of practicing the structure, applying it, and then mastering it.

Her son is a joy. Very motivated and really loves to learn. He needs more ESL and requires a lot more reading and writing. In terms of speech he must be encouraged to speak in complete sentences.
