About Anthena

I am a dedicated and patient tutor with strong academic credentials and a passion for helping students learn with clarity and confidence. I specialize in Calculus, high school Mathematics, Chemistry, Economics, Computer Science (programming) and IELTS, and I have experience guiding students through both foundational concepts and advanced exam preparation. What sets me apart is not just subject knowledge, but my commitment to understanding how each student thinks, learns, and builds confidence. As a national representative in the Olympiad, I value critical thinking, creative problem-solving, and logic-driven learning. I don’t just teach formulas or give answers—I teach students how to learn, break down problems, and think independently. I am fluent in English and Mandarin and have achieved strong language credentials (IELTS 7.5, TOEFL 110). I have also successfully completed several Advanced Placement (AP) exams with top scores, including Calculus BC, Computer Science, Microeconomics, and Macroeconomics. These experiences allow me to support both local and international students, especially those preparing for university entry or language exams. Above all, I care about my students’ growth not just as learners, but as thinkers. My goal is to make every student feel capable, motivated, and confident in their own abilities.
