About Conlan
I have been tutoring all levels of mathematics for over 10 years. I have helped students in person, over webcam, and even over text message and email. These experiences have taught me to approach teaching through a flexible mindset. I find the best way to teach a student mathematics is to lead by example. I will start out with a problem that I walk the student through, followed by a problem that the student does more of the work for, and finally a problem that the student will complete on their own. I find this builds the student's confidence over time. What sets me apart is my ability to teach how to solve the same problem in many different ways. This allows me to find the best way for each individual student to learn.
