About Ashleigh
Hello! My name is Ashleigh and I am a BA History graduate, with proficiency in French. I loved my time studying and would now love an excuse to dive back in to academics by helping other students!
I am very adaptable to any topics or particular problems you would like to address, and will personally tailor my lessons to each student, so that we can focus on what will be of most benefit to you.

For history, I am open to helping students up to A-Level, and to GCSE level in French. I’d typically run lessons from 1-2 hours but would happily adapt to suit individual needs.
My degree covered everything from medieval, to early modern, to modern history. I spent four years learning how to think like a historian across broad subject matter - and I’d love to teach you how to as well! Don’t be afraid to reach out, and we can discuss how I might best help you with a particular time period or topic.
Having learned French later in life than school age, I know what it is like to go from a complete beginner and the particular challenges this comes with. I’d love to help people of all abilities to feel confident and feel strongly about creating a kind environment in which to learn.
