I studied a BSc in Maths and Physics, and an MSc in Mathematical Modelling (BioMedical) at the University of Exeter. I will be tutoring the sciences to A-level and Maths to a University level.

About Elliot
I didn't go to a very good school, and because of this I had to take a lot of my work home with me to really figure out on my own. Because of this I understand the importance of clarity in expressing ideas and a holistic understanding of the topics is required to thrive at all levels in Education.
I would say I have quite a friendly, funny, engaging personality which I hope to bring to all of my sessions. Hopefully I will be able to connect with the struggles the students are having with not being completely sure/confident in their chosen subjects as I once was.

My lessons will be available at hour long intervals. I will begin with an assessment to gauge the topics each student is either capable or struggling with and will then plan the session around their needs. I like to learn alongside the student so it feels less like a teacher student relationship and more like a peer working through the problems at hand together. I, personally, always learnt best through practicing so regular memory/jargon quizzes and past paper equivalent assesments is expected.
