About Georgia
I have years of experience teaching Maths and English up to and including GCSE level, common entrance exams (11+ & 13+), and Politics and Philosophy at A-Level. My lessons are engaging and focus on students becoming independent learners - with the goal being that they can use the techniques and tricks I teach them throughout their whole academic life. I also specialise in lessons targeting specifically at improving exam technique.

With 4 years experience working independently and with various companies, I have developed a style of teaching that is unique and targets areas of importance. I have a successful track record of helping children and teens progress to top selective schools and universities. When taking on new students, I begin with a unique assessment tailored to their level to discover where gaps in knowledge/skills are to build an individual stylised plan for each child. After each session, we visit where we have reached in our plan so the student is able to keep track of the progress they’re making. Parents and careers are also given a copy of this! My lessons are engaging and fun - working either 1-1 or in groups or less than 5.
