About Bonnie
Hello! I'm currently a Park Ranger with the National Park Service, working as a medic in Washington State. I graduated from a University Wisconsin in 2016 with a degree in Biology and have tutored groups and individuals in Organic Chem & Biology.
Since then I've been working with the NPS as a coordinator and a medic, providing medical guidance as well as informally teaching visitors about the significance of the location they are visiting.
School was never easy for me and I remember and can relate to the process of learning a concept for the first time and applying it with success. Struggling to understand a theory or a concept taught me how to explain problems to students with different perspectives who need multiple approaches to a theory.

My approach is teaching patience in oneself and problem solving. I enjoy working with grades 4-8 in English/Literature and STEM courses. I assist with homework; breaking down theory, discovering learning styles, and providing positive support and constructive feedback and guidance.
