About Isabella
English has always been my favourite subject, i have taken many literature courses throughout my years in University. I enjoy expanding my vocabulary, reading and writing. Being a psychology major we write a lot of essays, i would say i could write an essay with my eyes closed! i’ve perfected it at this point. I am looking forward to extending my helping hand to others and enhance their learning!

objective: to improve english skills in reading, writing, speaking, and listening - tailored to each students grade level.
Structure:
1. Introduction (5 minutes)
• Greet the student and set a positive, engaging tone.
• Briefly review the previous session’s work and discuss any homework completed.
2. Reading (15 minutes)
• Lower Grades: Focus on reading aloud, identifying words, and simple comprehension questions.
• Middle Grades: Emphasize reading comprehension, discussing themes, characters, and settings.
• Higher Grades: Analyze texts more deeply, discussing symbolism, themes, and author’s purpose.
3. Writing (15 minutes)
• Lower Grades: Practice writing simple sentences, correct punctuation, and basic paragraph structure.
• Middle Grades: Work on structured paragraphs, essays, and creative writing.
• Higher Grades: Hone skills in argumentative writing, research papers, and advanced creative writing.
4. Speaking and Listening (10 minutes)
• Engage in a conversation about a topic of interest or related to the reading material.
• Practice listening skills with a short story or audio clip and discuss.
5. Activity (10 minutes)
• Lower Grades: Interactive games focusing on vocabulary and grammar.
• Middle Grades: Role-playing exercises or debates.
• Higher Grades: Presentations on a chosen topic or book review.
6. Review and Homework Assignment (5 minutes)
• Summarize what was learned in the session.
• Assign homework appropriate to the student’s grade level (e.g., reading assignment, essay writing).
