About Julia
In high school, I took all advanced college courses in English and literature. I completed all of the classes with all A's and excelled in reading and writing. I am majoring in political science with a minor in English. Writing essays has always been my excellence, and I have always enjoyed helping my family and friends with writing. I am so understanding and get how writing is frustrating, that is why I want to help!

My main teaching methods and "techniques" are simple; I accommodate the student. Whether they are a visual learner or an auditory learner, I can do it all! A typical lesson for me would be aiding in homework, practicing grammar and spelling, and, if needed, working on papers. I believe what sets me apart as a tutor is that I was a student who was not able to sit in a classroom and just retain everything. I needed to see every way of how to do it, so I understand and can connect with students struggling on an easier level. I can teach anywhere between kindergarten and 8th grade. If it is an essay or paper, I can do all of high school as well.
