Hello, I am a student at the Ecole Normale Supérieure de Cachan, a major French Grande Ecole (as the Ecole Polytechnique or HEC). I want to teach microeconomics, macroeconomics, economic history of the twentieth century or the history of economic thought from Adam Smith to John Maynard Keynes.
My classes are for students who begin their university studies. I can move, accommodate the student home, or give lessons by webcam (what I did this year).
In terms of microeconomics, I can teach courses on strengthened: - Consumer theory
- the theory of the producer
- Partial equilibrium
- The overall balance with and without production
- Monopoly
- Competition monopoly
- game theory.
In terms of macroeconomics, my training in preparatory class gave me a solid overview of the theories that were critical and those which today are prolific research programs.
As concern the history of economic facts, I have a good knowledge of the history of European countries, Asia and North and South America, from the late nineteenth century to today.
Finally, the history of economic thought I come to the great authors such as Adam Smith, David Ricardo, Marx, Léon Walras, J.M. Keynes while trying to connect to more contemporary authors.
The first session will consist in a discussion with the student to assess their knowledge, increase margins and motivation for each of the fields provided (30 minutes).
Then followed by reminders of courses and exercises in order to assess its level (1 hour).
In the sessions that followed, the difficulty will increase gradually depending on the progress.
I have many paper form in savings books or pdf that I could lend to students wishing to further learning.
Good day and see you soon !
