About Lara
I am currently an A-Level student in London - I hope to study English Literature at university to later become a teacher.
I have been proofreading books since I was very little and I received professional tutoring from ages 9-12; I have also completed an accredited gold-standard proofreading course.
At GCSEs, I was the top of my English class and I received a 9 (high A* grade) for both English Literature and English Language, later receiving the English Scholarship for my school.
At A-Levels, I study English Literature, Classical Civilisation, and Psychology.
I have always loved English, and I hope that I can convey my love of the subject to anyone I teach!
I also believe that my younger age helps me to relate to other students that I may tutor, since I can understand their mindsets to a greater extent than others!
