I approach teaching firstly by making my pupils feel at ease and comfort. The first step is always to make them feel it's achievable, no matter how hard it might seem. With that belief I enhance their response time by organising frequent quizzes and exciting tests to measuer their growth where progress is congratulated irrespective of the marks.
