About Jessica
I am a training primary school teacher, completing a BEd (Hons) Primary Education degree, who has a passion for helping pupils reach their potential. I have experience tutoring maths up to year 8 but would be willing to tutor to GCSE level. I have achieved high grades in Maths and ICT up to A level and would love to be able to help others grow and love these subjects as well.

I would base my classes on what each individual pupil requires, whether that be focused teaching, gentle guidance or extra practice. If a pupil comes with specific topics to cover, I will break these topic down into simpler steps to understand, focusing on the pupils knowing how to solve the problems through correcting mistakes rather than focusing on getting problems right. This will allow pupils to develop knowledge and understanding which they can apply to any problem rather than only to a specific problem.

Secondary School Tutoring- £8.75 per hour
Primary School Tutoring- £7.75 per hour
Cancellation Policy- if less than 24 hours notice is given a small fee of £3 will be required. If cancelled with more than 24 hours notice there will be no cancellation fee.
