About Andy
I am a Student of Southampton University, I have two A-levels in Mathematics with A* results. With recent experience of being a student myself, all students of mine are well understood both in regards to maths and the mentality to the subject itself.

Maths has always been a difficult subject for many students, and so many of my fellow students try to grind in formulas and methods. I personally am a strong believer that understanding is vastly more important than memory, if you can understand the methods, and why they work, then remembering them comes naturally. Therefore a typical lesson structure will vary depending on what my students struggle with, however a basic overview will entail an overview of where a particular method or theorem is used, and how it is used, next a derivation, then a series of guided example questions.
