About Mathilda

Student in master 1 of philosophy, I also graduated with a BA in Modern Letters, which I obtained at the same time as my BA in philosophy. Both obtained with honors. I am completely bilingual in English, since my mother is English. In addition, I have the 'Cambridge Certificate' academic qualification, mention A.

About the lesson

My method is to put the person at ease. I want to make him aware of his level by starting by addressing simple subjects, treated in the form of spontaneous conversations. Then we can identify weaknesses in expression or pronunciation and deal with them together. I also propose to give, at the end of each session, a subject of written expression and a subject of oral comprehension, prepared by me (in adequacy with the difficulties encountered) so that the person can train alone. Then, during the new session, we will tackle the correction together, in order to determine what needs to be improved. In addition, I remain open to any specific request such as assistance with the development of a cover letter, a CV in English or preparation for a job interview.
