About Romain
Hello ! I am a student in a hotel school in culinary professionalization, I started working at the age of 14, so I acquired several simple but effective techniques. I am in training in one of the best hotel schools in France which allows me to have the most exacting techniques. In addition, I had the opportunity to go to work in Ireland in a restaurant named in the Michelin guide.
