I think Sargis would make an excellent tutor for a number of reasons. Firstly, thanks to his easygoing nature he can make friends with almost everyone, which is the a key step in any kind of cooperation. Secondly, his knowledge of the subject is more than enough which enable him to teach students properly and answer any questions that may arise. Sargis has participated in many competitions both in Armenia and outside of its borders and now is studying in University of Edinburgh which once more shows his excellent knowledge of his subject.
