About Layla
I am a Sixth Form student in my final year, currently studying English Literature, Mathematics and Biology with the view to read English at university.
I love reading and writing and will take any opportunity to help younger children find enjoyment in this subject.
I wish to help students feel more confident in their learning and support them in areas they find challenging.

Lessons usually involve discussing texts together, planning answers, improving essay structure, and developing clear written responses.
I am happy to adapt lessons to suit the student’s needs, whether they want help understanding a set text, improving exam technique, or building confidence with English in general.
Please note that prices may vary based on what the student requires. I may have to charge more if it is a specific GCSE text that I have not studied.
