About Achot

I teach for 1 year and a half I took 4 students over the long term, for math. All have won 3 or more points on their average. A student of the first S got 15.5 average in a good school in Paris, after 4 months of classes, he was stagnating around 10.

About the lesson

Student at ESSEC, I teach Mathematics to students from 6th grade to the Terminal. The lectures are followed by exercises and methodology, because knowledge alone is not enough, and a former préparationnaire has valuable methods to share. The fact that I finished the preparatory classes recently gives me still strong links with the educational system, methods of work and the courses themselves.

The following methods. Mathematics: - Understanding of the course with simple examples and diagrams in order to assimilate and beyond the simple "by heart." - Simple exercises related to the course we do together - I give to solve only one type exercise my student, then we fix the problem together - for the first and final year students we prepare a series of standard exercises that often come (exercises "stars"). My favorite subject, I master the course and concepts, so students prepare ECS / ECE are interested we can work to maximize its chances in the competition (18,8 medium to Paris, EDHEC 20, 20 in Lyon). Philosophy - I prepare the course in advance (a classic theme or the one the student chooses). - Explanation of the course in detail and dialogue with the student to assimilate well. - Work on a specific text (object-thesis problem-joint) so that it can be reused rigorously (correctors do not like innuendo). - Method for the dissertation (analytical table, develop a plan, etc. ..). I do not have much knowledge a teacher terminal, it is natural. But my good results in competitions Philosophy, written as oral, precious methods learned in 2 years of preparation, and my love for that matter allow me to teach.
