About Elysee
I am a dedicated linguist who works hard to ensure my students excel in their exams. I am confident in my abilities as my revision methods/ lessons are what helped me achieve A*s (or equivalent) in my exams (GCSE, A-level, MLAT). I have a flexible schedule to best accommodate my students. I have helped my students master grammatical techniques, their essay writing skills, as well as their listening and reading skills.

As a university student at Durham University, I capitalise off of my recent experience with my A-level, where I achieved 2A* and an A last August (2024). I therefore know the techniques necessary to achieve top grades. As my school’s French Head of Subject in my final year, I have helped and tutored students sitting their French GCSEs and A-level who have all achieved A-A* grades with my help. I vary my teaching style based on each student (ie. What they wish to improve and which methodologies are most effective for them). A typical lesson lasts 1 hour, although this is subject to change based on the student’s wishes. My lessons are mainly targeted for GCSE and A-level French students who are aiming to achieve top grades in their exams or simply want to improve their language proficiency before their exams.
