About Vitória

I'm a dance student at UFRJ, dancer and teacher of classical ballet and jazz for children at CAP IURJ school, on the governor's island and former adult ballet teacher for the Comunidança extension project, taught at UFRJ.

About the lesson

I teach ballet and jazz classes for beginners, for those who want to start dancing or who already have prior knowledge. In addition to stretching and strength classes for those who want to do physical exercise at home without spending a fortune for it.

The class is geared towards my student so the pace and intensity are yours to go to tell me. I like to work from the perspective that no one is a blank canvas and everyone has their prior knowledge and dance is no different and that's why the way of teaching is particular for each one.
