About Luyanda awande
I am interested in teaching because I enjoy helping others understand things they once found difficult and seeing their confidence grow. Teaching allows me to make a real difference by turning confusion into clarity, and I find it rewarding to explain concepts in a simple, relatable way. I also enjoy guiding younger learners, being a positive role model, and knowing that the support I give can help shape their future learning.

I am a Grade 11 tutor who understands students because I am one myself. I recently learned the same work primary school learners are doing now, so I know where they usually struggle and how to explain concepts in a simple, clear way. My lessons are fun, engaging, and personalised to each learner’s pace, creating a safe space where questions are encouraged and confidence is built. I focus not only on improving marks, but also on helping learners enjoy learning and believe in their abilities
