Hello, I am a Delhi based tutor providing sessions for stress management.
I have completed my graduation in Applied Psychology from University of Delhi and currently I am pursuing post graduation in Applied Psychology (Specialization in Clinical & Counselling Psychology) from Gautam Buddha University.

My teaching technique include interaction between the client and mentor throughout the session. For stress management, certain coping strategies and relaxation techniques will be used for client's benefit.
During this pandemic many of us are facing the issue of stress and anger management so these sessions will be for anyone who needs to cope with the current situation. There is no bar to age or any educational background.
