About Ivan
I have a deep love for science and, more particularly, its communication to younger minds. I use this love for Math, Stats and Physics every day in my Data Analyst job but also as fuel to drive my hobby of teaching and tutoring.

What sets me apart from other tutors? Three simple things:
1. I tutor as a hobby rather than by necessity, simply because I enjoy it.
2. I was a struggling student myself over the long journey I took towards completing a PhD in Mathematics (McGill University). I use that to easily put myself in your shoes to help you understand the material.
3. I focus on explaining the conceptual aspect of the topics rather than enforcing memorization. Math and Physics should follow logic and reasoning, not simply memorizing empty formulas. I strongly preach that!
