About Mercy
Hello! My name is Mercy, and I am a passionate and dedicated tutor who enjoys helping students understand and succeed in mathematics. I have experience working with primary and secondary school students, supporting them in topics such as algebra, geometry, arithmetic, and problem solving.
I believe that every student can succeed in math with the right guidance and encouragement. My goal is to make mathematics easier to understand by breaking down complex concepts into simple steps. I am patient, supportive, and always encourage students to ask questions and participate actively during lessons.
I enjoy creating a positive and comfortable learning environment where students can build confidence in their abilities. Whether a student needs help with homework, exam preparation, or improving their overall understanding of mathematics, I am committed to helping them achieve their academic goals.
Teaching is something I truly enjoy because it allows me to make a meaningful difference in students’ learning journeys.

My lessons are designed to help students understand mathematics in a simple and practical way. I focus on building strong foundational skills while also helping students develop confidence in solving problems independently.
During my lessons, I first assess the student’s level to identify areas that need improvement. I then explain concepts step by step using clear examples, visual methods, and practice questions. I encourage students to ask questions and actively participate so that learning becomes engaging and effective.
I teach topics such as algebra, geometry, arithmetic, and problem-solving strategies for primary and secondary school students. My goal is not only to help students complete their assignments but also to ensure they truly understand the concepts.
My teaching approach is patient, supportive, and adapted to each student’s learning style. I also provide additional practice exercises and exam preparation techniques to help students improve their grades and perform better in tests.
