About Paula
I am a student studying physiology and counselling. I do not have a current degree but I can listen and provide realistic physical and emotional techniques to help you keep a level head, overcome daily struggles and possibly traumatic experiences that may still have an effect on you daily.

I base my classes on the fact that everyone goes through trauma or stressful life experiences. One main strategy is not to blame yourself or imagine how things could be different but learn to except and find ways to keep yourself from falling and moved forward one step at a time.
