About Shane
Personal Trainer and Weight Loss Coach since 2013 with another ten years of personal training experience before I got the shiny certificates and CECs. More importantly is my real-world application of the concepts I have learned, and more important yet, I am NOT beholden or dogmatic in my Weight Loss Coaching. Too often I find clients that have fallen into the trap of "Eat Less, Move More" who still cannot lose weight and oftentimes feel worse by the day. My methods are formed with scientific research guided by experience across a broad range of clients.

My method is very easy and simple, just as all methods of instruction should be: assessment of diet, sleep, stress, lifestyle, and a friendly and stress-free back-and-forth through digital communication and video communication where we can discuss what variables (dietary and otherwise) are involved in your journey. Look, I care about YOU and YOUR unique dreams and hopes and motivations for wanting to achieve a healthy weight; love yourself as a person no matter what, accept yourself, but love yourself enough to take care of your health, too.
