About Lucia
I’m a second-year Psychology student with a Foundation Degree in Philosophy. My studies have given me a deep understanding of how the mind works — both scientifically and reflectively — allowing me to combine practical psychological techniques with meaningful, philosophical insight. I’m passionate about helping others develop self-awareness, resilience, and balance in their daily lives. My approach is empathetic, supportive, and focused on creating real, sustainable change.
