About Nomfundo
I am deeply passionate about helping people get fit and stay motivated on their fitness journey. I am a certified personal trainer specializing in developing simple and effective training routines for busy clients who can’t spend an hour at the gym several times per week. I was overweight and struggled with eating disorders for most of my life, but fitness has given me a purpose, helped me get in shape, and transformed my life. My mission is to share my knowledge and help others lead healthier and more fulfilling lives.
