About Danele
I am a 2nd year undergraduate student pursuing a bachelor's in Health Sciences degree with goals to eventually earn a Master's/MDPhD and enter the healthcare field with a focus on laboratory research. Have been engaged in a few of my college's organizations and events, as well as conducting minor research in the lab and presenting in a symposium. I have had previous experience working with elementary and middle school students for a short period through tutoring and mentoring. I am also a great advocate for interpersonal feedback and frequent open communications between the student and myself. I aim to provide a safe and productive space for my student to feel comfortable in as we work towards making positive progress in their studies.

Will evaluate current status of student's comprehension on the subject and pinpoint any areas of challenge or in need of improvement. Highly encourage conversations and feedback with the student and/or parents to ensure success in the student's progress.
