About Wayne
I worked in industry designing large capital equipment and advanced to chief engineer. I also worked as sales engineer writing detailed proposals, cost estimates and doing presentations to foreign and domestic customers.
My latest challenge is tutoring my granddaughter with success.

I try to use a practical approach relating to everyday life. I also stress that there my be more than one way to get the correct answer. Much of today's curriculum involves trick catch phrases that students and parents have difficulty understanding. I encourage students to think out of the box and develop their own thought processes.
