About Hana
I have been formally tutoring middle and high school math for a year. Even before that, I informally tutored many classmates through high school math classes. I am a Junior at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County in the Applied Statistics BS degree program.

I have experience walking students through the steps of mathematics problems and explaining complex concepts. I often start my tutoring sessions by going through problems step by step with my students. Then I transition to writing practice problems for them to try independently with my assistance as needed. I often send students home with practice problems to work on by themselves to hone their skills.
