About Laurène

State-certified coach in fitness professions with weightlifting / bodybuilding and group lessons, I practice my profession in the fields of sport, health and well-being. My goal is to support you to improve or regain your physical shape. Long a competitor in athletics and passionate about many activities such as skiing, water sports and running: at 31 years old, I will make you benefit of my sporting experience and my values. Always enthusiastic and positive, I am punctual and professional, benevolent and innovative in my sessions, I will be respectful and attentive to your desires, your needs and your level of practice.

About the lesson

Do you lack motivation? Is the gym atmosphere not to your liking? Have you decided to achieve a sporting or physical goal and don't want to waste time making mistakes? On the basis of a first meeting, I establish tailor-made sessions and a personalized nutritional program for you. I coach you and help you stay motivated. With my experience as an athlete and a fitness teacher, I am able to adapt my classes to all levels and pathologies.
