About the lesson

Individualized sports coaching for all levels in Aix-en-Provence and its surroundings, outside or at home! Hi all ! My name is Yannick and I am above all a state-certified sports educator (BPJEPS). I am also a trainer who will take care to adapt all your sports sessions to your own level, and to design for you an adapted and 100% individualized program, from total beginners to pro sportsmen preparing a competition! Do you want to get back in shape, lose weight (training + diet), optimize your performance in the sport you practice, or simply maintain yourself effectively…? Do not hesitate to get started! All the sessions last 1 hour and are prepared according to your level and your goals! The first session is free! I am also a MMA trainer and professional fighter (25 years of experience in combat sports (Judo, Thai Boxing, Burmese Boxing, MMA, ..)). I therefore also offer special physical preparation for Combat Sports and / or individual boxing / MMA lessons from total beginner to pro fighter! DON'T HESITATE, GET STARTED!

The sessions last 1 hour. The price of a single session is 40 €. A session with the unit having little interest I also propose decreasing prices: -For a card of 10 sessions the session drops to 35 € -For a card of 50 sessions the session drops to 30 € The first session is offered: -)
