During my linear algebra course, Arshmeet was extremely helpful by simplifying the concepts and putting it in a way that I was able to understand them. She is very inspiring with giving much encouragement to the students she tutors. She is also very friendly that it is very easy to ask her any question that I had in mind, with developing a deeper understanding to the course. She is very sharp-witted to which she completely understands the concepts she is working with at hand, and is very honest to which concept she may have doubts on. Nevertheless, for that one student who approaches her with the concept that she had major doubts on - she goes above and beyond to help the student in whatever way she can. All-in-all, I would take her to be my tutor again as she is so helpful and gave me such a confidence boost.

Arshemeet is very dedicated to making sure that those she tutors understand the material. If there is something that you don’t understand then she will find other ways to explain it as well as recommend videos to help explain the concept. She is really motivating and just wants the best for those she tutors. She has high expectations but only because she can see the potential that the students have. She will have you go over practice problems and help you create a study plan of what you should go over each day. She will also send other sources of material such as a textbook that better describes the material and has all of formulas. For each session, Arshmeet checks in to see what you still struggle with. You can really tell that she is devoted to making sure that teaches to the best of her ability, and will tailor her teaching methods to fit the student.
