About Welton
I'm a highly experienced tutor, student, and mentor.
I have 4 years of mentoring experience and lead technology + curriculum development at a national tutoring nonprofit.
I was admitted to a variety of extremely selective colleges (including Stanford, Berkeley, UCLA, and Amherst) and have significant experience in finding, applying to, and participating in a variety of activities, including high school research, selective summer programs, business/entrepreneurship, music, and sports.

I strongly believe in personalizing learning based on each student's needs and style and running engaging and productive sessions that can help students become better students, both inside and outside the classroom.
I can help with English, Math, and a variety of other subjects.
I'm also happy to provide advice, guidance, and feedback on applying to college/summer programs, read over essays, and more especially for STEM/CS majors.
