About Coach
Hi Guys! My name is Dylan, I’m a passionate and experienced sports coach originally from France. I’ve spent the last 10+ years coaching and teaching soccer, volleyball, basketball, and physical education in international schools across the world. I currently work as the Director of Sports and Head Coach at a top school in Hanoi, where I lead training for students from Grade 1 to Grade 12, including competitive school teams that have won several league championships. I hold a UEFA A Youth Elite Coaching License and a Master’s degree in Physical Education and Sport Management. But most importantly, I love helping young people grow through sport, whether that means building confidence, mastering new skills, or just having fun while staying active. I adapt my sessions to each student’s age, level, and goals. My approach is always structured, positive, and motivating, whether you’re just starting out or looking to take your game to the next level.

As a certified coach with over 10 years of experience in international schools and youth development, I offer personalized training sessions in football, volleyball, and basketball for kids, teens, and beginners of all ages.
Each lesson is built around your goals whether you're learning the basics, preparing for a school team, or looking to improve your technical and tactical skills. I make sure every session is active, challenging, and fun, with a strong focus on coordination, confidence, and game intelligence.
I’ve led multiple school teams to championships, including undefeated seasons with my U17 girls’ soccer team and recent titles with U15 and U17 boys. I also adapt training for players with different experience levels, creating a safe and supportive space to grow as an athlete.
Whether online or in-person, I focus on:
Skill development (dribbling, passing, serving, shooting…)
Decision-making and positioning
Physical conditioning and movement
And most importantly, enjoying the game!
