About Advait
I have a Master’s degree in Sports Psychology from the UK and have been part of the sports industry for over a decade. I have worked with national and international athletes across different competitive levels and am currently active as a badminton coach alongside my applied sports psychology work.
My experience includes working in four different countries, including contributing sports psychology inputs to a club in Iceland, and I currently work with individual athletes on performance and mental skills development.

My approach as a teacher is rooted in applied sports psychology—bridging theory with how it actually works in real sporting environments. Having trained in the UK and worked closely with athletes, coaches, and teams, I focus on helping students understand why concepts matter and how they are used beyond textbooks.
