About Lucy
I currently have a BSc in Sport & Exercise Medical Sciences, and will be starting an MSc in Sport Psychology in September. I am very passionate about how performance (sports, work, and academic performance, etc. ) can be improved by psychological methods.

- Student centred learning where the student first discusses everything they understand about a topic, and act as if they are the teacher.
