About Ellis

Hi, I’m currently studying a Master’s in Strategic Entrepreneurship and Innovation at Cardiff University, having previously completed a degree in Sport Science and Football.

I’ve spent the last seven years coaching football, working with children and young people of different ages and abilities. It’s something I’ve always enjoyed, particularly seeing people grow in confidence and improve over time.

Through coaching and helping family members with their schoolwork, I’ve gained valuable experience explaining things clearly, supporting others and adapting my approach to different learning styles.

I know that everyone learns differently, and I think it’s important to be patient, approachable and able to explain things in a way that makes sense to each student.

Outside of university, I’m really interested in football, music, languages and business. I enjoy learning new things myself and would love the opportunity to help other students with their studies.

My lessons are friendly, structured and tailored to each student’s individual needs, whether they’re looking to build confidence, improve their understanding or prepare for upcoming exams.

I believe everyone learns differently, so I adapt my approach depending on the student’s ability, learning style and goals. Sessions typically last one hour and combine clear explanations, practical examples, questions and exam-style practice.

With over seven years of experience coaching young people in football, I’ve developed strong communication skills and understand the importance of patience, encouragement and making learning enjoyable.

My aim is to create a relaxed environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes and developing their knowledge at their own pace.

I offer online lessons for Key Stage 3, GCSE and selected A-level subjects, with a focus on helping students achieve their academic goals.
