Spice Up Your Spanish! Fun, Native Lessons from a Marketing Graduate and People-Loving Tutor

Fran has been super helpful with my Spanish. I was feeling a bit stuck and lacking confidence when speaking, but working with him really changed that. He creates a really relaxed vibe where it’s okay to make mistakes, and somehow he always knows the right way to explain things so they actually stick.

We did a lot of conversation practice, which I found really useful. He’d correct me gently as we went, and explain why certain phrases worked better than others. He also had some clever memory tricks for vocab and would bring in mini role-play scenarios or little cultural bits that made the lessons way more engaging.

What I appreciated most is that he adapts to what you need—if you’re struggling with grammar one day, or just want to focus on speaking the next, he rolls with it. I’ve definitely seen improvement in both my speaking and understanding since we started.
