About Jessica
I am a postgraduate researcher in Genomic Medicine with a strong background in molecular biology, biotechnology, and genetics. My academic work includes peer-reviewed publications, competitive research grants, and a prize for excellence in scientific research, all of which reflect my commitment to high-quality science. Through these experiences, I have developed a clear and structured approach to explaining complex biological concepts in a way that students can understand and apply. I enjoy helping learners build confidence in Biology and supporting them in achieving excellent academic results. My lessons are designed to make complex biological concepts clear and intuitive. Sessions are typically 60 minutes and include concept breakdowns, exam-style questions, molecular diagrams, and real examples from genetics and biotechnology. As a postgraduate researcher in Genomic Medicine with a Bachelor's in Biotechnology Engineering and a major in molecular biology, bioinformatics, and scientific communication, I tailor each lesson to the student’s level—GCSE, A-Level, or university. My goal is to build strong scientific reasoning, improve exam confidence, and help students truly understand how biology works, from cells and genes to systems and molecular pathways.
