About Rebecca
I’m a 21 year old University of Liverpool Mechanical Engineering student who’s a woman in STEM! I did Maths, Physics and chemistry at A Level at a grammar school.
I love the gym, and enjoy many other sports and spending time in nature. I also love to have fun though, especially going to music and dj events - work hard play harder?
I like to keep my mind engaged and continually look for more projects and opportunities to expand my knowledge. I am currently building a simple hydraulic arm.
Tutoring is a chance for me to give back to those who have helped me get to where I am now, and I really enjoy seeing students confidence grow as they improve, it’s just as rewarding for me as them.

I enjoy an interactive approach, I feel that speaking through concepts, coming up with analogies to remember them, and understanding the root of them is better for remembering long term and being able to apply the knowledge in exams better.
One of the best ways of learning is practice and repetition - we will look through the styles of your questions and work through them together, to help you find the correct approach to them that works for you.
A bit of positive reinforcement goes a long way in my opinion, I like to see people happy and proud of their growth.
