About Andrew
I knew I wanted to be a teacher from when I was 11 years old. I told this to my teacher and she gave me the opportunity to teach my class for a week. I did a theme of music with the class and loved it. From then on I knew this was what I wanted to do. I’ve worked with children with special needs (mostly autism) and children with challenging behaviour in London for over 20 years. I have recently moved to Cape Town and bring with me a wealth of experience, especially in creating bespoke lessons tailored to a child’s unique individual needs. I’m also a musician, playing guitar & ukulele.

My lessons are fun and engaging. I may even dress up as a pirate or a superhero and, at times, will add a bit of music or a magic trick. I will tailor my lessons for the child and call on my 25 years of experience to make the lessons shine.
