About Placide
Bonjour, je m'appelle Placide. I am both fluent in French and English. I love teaching and leaning. I have developed a method to teach French to non speakers that will have them speak the language faster than they can say 'tomawok'.
I am a mathematician and a software engineer by training. I have a master degree and currently exploring a PhD in artificial intelligence. I will be delighted to help you with your French and I look forward to our classes.

I used a method that combine listening, reading, speaking and writing in a newly innovative way to teach anyone French in 3 months or less. My approach focuses on training the student on how to commit into memory information for long term retention and recall.
With dedication and an appetite for learning, you will be on your way to holding a conversation in French after just few classes.
My classes can be virtual or in person. My preference is in person classes so that I can better monitor your non-verbal learning clues and adapt my methodology. I hope to meet you soon as my student. A bientôt et bon courage !
