About Marcela

I’m Marcela, originally from Argentina and now living in Miami, USA. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences from the University of Buenos Aires and have over 20 years of experience teaching Spanish to students of all ages and levels.

I love traveling, dancing, and most of all, teaching languages as a way to connect cultures and people. Since I’ve also been a language learner, I understand the challenges my students face and can guide them to achieve their goals faster and more effectively.

My lessons are personalized, dynamic, and focused on real-life communication, making learning both practical and enjoyable.

With over three decades of experience teaching English and Spanish in both Argentina and the United States, I am passionate about helping students unlock the power of language learning. My teaching journey has taken me from the renowned University of Buenos Aires to leading language institutes and popular online tutoring platforms such as Takelessons and Wyzant. I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Social Communication Science from the University of Buenos Aires, complemented by specialized training in teaching English and Spanish to speakers of other languages. My academic foundation is further enriched by certifications from Cambridge and Oxford, ensuring a strong grounding in linguistics and education methodologies. Having traveled across five continents, I deeply understand the importance of language in building bridges across cultures. My lessons blend cultural insights, practical communication, and engaging content tailored to each student’s unique goals.
