Spanish teacher for vacationers wanting to learn the basics or brush up on their Spanish speaking skills before their travels!

Well, Kim is a great techer, not just in the classroom she’s even good at our life, you can tell her your problems and she’ll listen you. At the classroom she always let you to tell your opinion about whatever you are studying. She supports crazy and formal ideas not just of English and Spanish grammar, also science and culture. She has a great attitude and happiness that is contagious, and her puns are very funny. For me, she’s the best teacher and friend I’ve ever met.

Kim was my Spanish teacher for 2 weeks during a recent trip to Mexico and I had a very fun and productive time with her. She was very patient and thorough in her approach, she has a deep understanding of both Spanish and English and she helped me understand various grammatical rules that I was having trouble grasping. Kim clearly has a passion for languages and it shines through when she's teaching you. She was great at explaining where the similarities in the languages lie and used this to help me progress much quicker (in fact I think I may have learnt as much about the English language as I did Spanish!) Her lessons were always interesting and engaging and whether you're just starting out or are wanting to improve your existing Spanish, I couldn't recommend Kim more highly.

I met Kimberley over six years ago in Mexico where we both were living and we have been good friends since. Kimberley is innovative, hard working, and determined. She has proven herself an excellent teacher during her time living in Puerto Escondido. She is known for her discipline, her commitment to making learning fun, and for her initiative in creating new opportunities for her students to excel in learning. Kimberley is the perfect teacher for students who are serious about learning Spanish and willing to have some fun in the process!

As her aunt, I have known Kimberley all her life. Kimberley has spent the better part of the last 8 years in Mexico and has used her love of language in general and her comprehension of grammar to become fluent in Spanish. She worked in a language school here in Mexico, teaching both young and middle-school-aged children and adults. She was an enthusiastic and dedicated teacher. She also managed several residences for absentee owners (including me) and demonstrated efficiency, organizational skills and her trustworthiness in handling cash, keys and problems that might arise. Kimberley is very personable and makes friends easily. As well she has a great sense of humour. She has a lot of interests besides language, especially in the science fields, and is very well-read. She would be a great asset as a tutor in this program.

Kimberley has been my friend for many years. Professionally, she taught my son a science course that he loved as it was dynamic with info, research and a cool project making a rocket. Kim's drive to always learn and grow combined with her dedication and love for her students makes her such a great teacher whether in a classroom academic setting or movement and physical learning. Kim is kind, fun, smart and an incredibly hard worker. She's 5 star!
