Giuliana is brilliant! Gentle, but honest - she'll tell you where you're going wrong, but she's also such a great encourager. I'm particularly grateful for her on the days when I'm feeling tired and don't feel like speaking Spanish, because she still finds ways to encourage me and help motivate me to keep going.
