Money is one of the reasons for teaching, fair enough. But for me, money is not the one and only reason. I teach to sharpen my skills, to use my liguistic capabilities as it best, to increase my knowledge of the language and more importantly to share what I have learnt, with my students. I also provide free tuitions to the children of the workers and poor people both inside the JNU campus and outside.
My rates may vary depending upon the level of the student and the distance I travel, but thats the secondary thing which can be discussed once the class begins.
