About Lisa
I have been working as a tutor for 4 years . While I was in High School, I was a Spanish tutor, I used to help students with writing, speaking and do exam revision; The majority of the students that I tutored passed the exams with excellent grades and some carried on studying Spanish at A-level. When I moved to college, I continued being a Spanish tutor, where I had to give extra learning support to students who struggle with the language. Many students improved their grades. In the mean time, I volunteered myself to become a teacher assistant in a local Primary School.

I am a full time student and I focus on GCSE and A-level Modern Languages tutoring.
At the start of each lesson, I explain the topic that is about to be discussed, then I go through vocabulary and grammar; at the end of each lesson, students must be able to write an essay based on what we covered. GCSE and A-level Foreign Languages require a lot of written work; some require coursework and mostly essays. My aim as a tutor is not only teach the topics, but also explain the structure of the essay and the key to get an A grade.Every lesson, there will be reading practice, this helps the students with pronunciation and understanding the language. I will also be more than happy to practice Speaking and give revision lessons before the exams.
